Disclosures
What every prospective owner should understand before considering an opportunity.
Last updated: September 2026
Review draft. This is concise placeholder wording for design review. Final disclosure language, including any eligibility, accreditation, suitability and jurisdiction-specific requirements, will be developed with legal counsel based on the structure of each opportunity offered.
Nature Of The Opportunity
Bull Dance presents private thoroughbred ownership opportunities. Participation means holding an interest in a living animal whose performance cannot be predicted. It is not a security offered to the public, not a fund, and not a fractional trading platform.
Risk Of Loss
Racehorse ownership carries a genuine risk of partial or total loss of the amount invested. Principal risks include, without limitation:
- Injury, illness or death of a horse.
- Failure to reach the racecourse, or to perform at the expected level.
- Ongoing training, veterinary and care costs that continue regardless of results.
- Changes in the bloodstock market affecting resale or residual value.
- Limited liquidity and the absence of any ready secondary market.
- Regulatory, jurisdictional and taxation changes.
You should be prepared for the possibility that a horse generates no return at all.
No Performance Guarantee
We make no projection, forecast or guarantee of purse earnings, appreciation, breeding value or any other return. Past performance of any horse, bloodline, trainer or prior opportunity is not a guide to future results.
No Offer And No Online Transactions
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation. No investment can be made, reserved or paid for online. Any participation is arranged privately, subject to documentation, and only where the opportunity is appropriate for the investor concerned.
Eligibility
Opportunities are made available privately to qualified investors. Eligibility depends on the structure of the particular opportunity and on the rules of the investor’s own jurisdiction. Availability is confirmed before any participation proceeds.
Independent Advice
We are not your investment, legal or tax advisor. Prospective investors should take independent professional advice, particularly in relation to tax treatment, which varies considerably between jurisdictions and individual circumstances.
Sample Content
Horse profiles, figures and articles shown in this review build are sample data prepared to demonstrate the design. They do not represent real horses, real opportunities, real costs or real results.
Animal Welfare
The welfare of our horses takes precedence over any racing or commercial objective. Decisions on training, entry, retirement and aftercare are made on veterinary and horsemanship grounds first.
